Returns & Refunds

Every Pare order ships direct from Korea, and skincare is a hygiene-sensitive personal-care product. That shapes what we can and can't take back.

If something's wrong, we'll make it right

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, contact us at support@bypare.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and the packaging, and we'll arrange a replacement or a refund.

Change of mind

Because our products ship internationally from Korea and skincare is hygiene-sensitive, we're not able to accept returns for change of mind. It's the same rule you'll find with most skincare, and it's there for everyone's safety. If you're unsure whether something suits your skin, message us before you buy — we'd genuinely rather help you choose well than process a return.

If your parcel is lost

Every order is tracked. If tracking stalls and your parcel appears lost, contact us and we'll open an official investigation with the carrier. Once the carrier confirms the loss, we'll replace or refund it. Delays or gaps in tracking updates alone don't yet count as a confirmed loss — international parcels often go quiet for a few days in customs. We'll keep you posted throughout.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Opened skincare and personal-care items (hygiene), sale items, and gift cards. Import duties or VAT charged by customs are set by SARS and paid to the courier — they're not ours to refund.

Exchanges

We don't run exchanges. If something arrived damaged, faulty or wrong, contact us and we'll sort it out directly.

Refunds

Once a refund is approved, we'll refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company can take a few more days to post it, so please allow time for that. We'll email you when it's done. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you still haven't seen it, contact us at support@bypare.com
